Refund policy

Full refund

If you cancel before we start work on your project, you receive a full refund of the amount paid, using the original payment method.

Partial refund

If you cancel after work has started, we refund the amount paid less the value of the work completed to that point.

No refund

Work that has been delivered and approved, and monthly service fees for periods already started, are not refundable.

Timing

We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days. This policy may change without prior notice. By using our services, you agree to it.
